How to look up your transaction in the blockchain?

Each crypto transaction should be monitored or transacted in a different network. Some of the common one are listing below:

• LTC: https://blockchair.com/litecoin

Below image shows how you can figure out the transaction with the hash. Top long string of numbers and alphabets is the transaction hash.Right hand side the wallet address which we requested to send the coins. The amount of BTC we received or transferred is mentioned in the right end corner.
